The Bernard Historical Museum is located at 7135 West Delton Road, approximately 1 mile West of Delton, Michigan, overlooking scenic Crooked Lake. On the grounds are seven buildings housing a collection of over 25,000 artifacts.

Museum front entrance. The main building of the Bernard Historical Museum was originally built in the early 1930's. It was operated by Dr. Prosper G. Bernard as a hospital and converted by him after his 
retirement into the present museum and opened to the public in May, 1963.

Years Gone By Published by the Bernard Historical Society in 1967, this hardcover book, compiled by Prosper G. Bernard, M.D. and edited by Charles R. Starring, contains 264 pages with over 223 photographs.
